International Shipping
Please take a moment to read and understand our international order policies carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with EDELWEIS, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions in full as well as our Terms of Sale.
All orders are final once placed. Refusing delivery or not accepting a package does not cancel your order. Refunds are not issued for refused or unclaimed shipments under any circumstances. You are responsible for any associated return shipping costs, duties, and taxes as well as additional shipping costs required to reship the order upon request (unless stated otherwise, once spoken with support team).
EDELWEIS is not a shipping carrier and does not transport or deliver packages. Once your order has shipped and is in the possession of a third-party carrier, all delivery procedures, customs processing, and transit delays are the sole responsibility of the carrier. While we understand that international shipping delays can be frustrating, EDELWEIS has no control over shipping carrier procedures, customs processing, or transit delays. For assistance with a package in transit internationally, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. What you see on the carrier's tracking page is what our Client Advisors would share with you.
Shipping Fees
We partner with FedEx, DHL, and UPS to offer international shipping services for over countries around the world:
International Economy: Complimentary on orders over $500 USD; Please allow 4–10 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped).
International Express: Complimentary on orders over $1,000 USD; Please allow 3–7 business days to receive your pieces (once shipped).
Our international shipping fees reflect only the actual cost charged to us by the carrier for insured shipping. We exclusively ship with reliable international carriers and do not use lower-cost services.
Order Processing
In-stock orders received before 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day (when all products in the order are in-stock). In-stock orders placed after 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day (when all products in the order are in-stock). EDELWEIS does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship (you can contact us to ship ahead in-stock pieces for an additional shipping fee).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to track your shipment, where you will find the estimated delivery date.
Customs/Duties
For orders delivered outside the United States, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. EDELWEIS is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays.
The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
We are required to accurately declare the full value of your purchase on all customs forms by law. We are unable to modify this amount.
If these required costs are not paid and the package is returned to Jane, the associated return shipping and reshipment costs are the client's responsibility, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations in such cases.
Lost/Delayed Shipments
If you experience any delays or suspect your order is lost, please contact our support team at moreedelweis@gmail.com with your order details. We will assist you in locating your shipment or provide a suitable resolution.
Delivery times for international orders can vary based on the destination. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive.

Shipping Address Changes
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. For any urgent changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
