EDELWEIS provides a ten (10) year warranty for all suitcases purchased exclusively from www.edelweis.co. This warranty does not extend to purchases from other retailers (currently).
But our commitment doesn’t end there—after your original warranty expires, if your suitcase experiences a manufacturing or workmanship defect, you’ll receive 30% off your next travel item from EDELWEIS.
Additionally, we offer complimentary replacement parts for wheels, handles, and locks in case of failure, ensuring your journey continues smoothly. We value your trust in our brand and strive to maintain a strong connection with the people who trust us.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. It does not cover ordinary cosmetic wear such as scuffs, stains, scratches, or dents. While these marks are inevitable during travel, we encourage you to embrace them—they are signs of incredible journeys and unforgettable memories.

How To Claim Warranty
1. Create an account at www.edelweis.co to track your order & retain proof of purchase.
2. Alternatively, if you choose not to create an account. Please, keep a digital receipt of your purchase, hence we will not have your order in our system. In either case, the warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser.
