Warranty

EDELEWEIS provides a three-year warranty to all suitcases purchased only from
www.edelweis.co & no other retailers (at this moment). But the warranty does not end there
- after your ORIGINAL warranty has expired, you will be granted 30% off your next 
travel item from EDELWEIS. We want to provide a seamless experience if trouble may occur. Because of that, our kind team will take careful consideration.

This warranty excludes coverage on suitcases with ordinary cosmetic damage, scuffs, stains, scratches, or dents. While traveling, these unfortunate events will happen, but when you see them, embrace them, because those dents/scuffs have been made during an amazing time - while traveling ( the best feeling in the world).

-How To Claim Warranty 

1. Create an account at www.edelweis.co to track your order and retain proof of purchase.
2. Alternatively, if you choose not to create an account. Please keep a digital receipt of your purchase, so we will not have your order in our system.

In either case, the warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser.

-Information Needed When Contacting Warranty Team

Please take a quality video or pictures to showcase the problem that has occurred on 
your EDELWEIS travel companion. Our considerate team will review your claim 
and respond as soon as possible.
