EDELEWEIS provides a three year warranty to all suitcases purchased only from
www.edelweis.co & no other retailers(currently). But the warranty does not end there
- after your ORIGINAL warranty has expired, you will be granted 60% off your next 
travel item from EDELWEIS. We want to provide a seamless experience, when having troubles
with your product, because of that our kind team will take careful consideration.

This warranty excludes coverage on suitcases with ordinary cosmetic damage, scuffs, stains
scratches or dents. While traveling these unfortunate events will happen BUT when you
see them, embrace them because those dents/scuffs have been made during an amazing time
while traveling ( the best feeling in the world).

How To Claim Warranty 

1. Create an account at www.edelweis.co to track your order &
 retain proof of purchase.
2.Alternatively, if you choose not to create an account. Please,
keep a digital receipt of your purchase, hence we will not have your order in our system. 
In either case, the warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser.

Please take a quality video or pictures to showcase the problem that has occured on 
your EDELWEIS travel companion. Our kind & considarate team will review your claim 
& respond as soon as possible.
