Section 21 - Charge Back Policy 

By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our chargeback policy. Once your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled and received. Any claims of non-receipt must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. False claims or unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as fraud, and we reserve the right to dispute them and take legal action if necessary. All orders are shipped with tracking and proof of delivery.
